About
More than military preparation. A new generation of readiness.
Military Mitra, literally, a companion for the journey into military and uniformed service. is a futuristic defence and citizen-readiness ecosystem designed to develop individuals who are prepared to serve in uniform and beyond the uniform.
We combine physical fitness, psychological readiness, discipline, leadership and military preparedness with future-facing capabilities such as AI, cyber awareness, self-defence, martial arts, street-smart skills and business intelligence. The goal is simple: to build individuals who can protect themselves, their families and the nation, while having the confidence, competence and leadership to navigate an increasingly complex world.
Military Mitra brings together a multidisciplinary faculty of ex-Armed Forces instructors and veterans, serving and retired officers, senior psychologists, self-defence and martial-arts experts, AI and cyber professionals, business-intelligence specialists and other domain experts.
Through MITRA-X, we transform aspiration into capability, capability into leadership, and leadership into responsible service.
Military Mitra is not just preparing candidates for a uniform.
It is preparing a generation worthy of responsibility, grounded in discipline and patriotism, committed to service, equipped with leadership, informed by knowledge, and prepared to navigate and lead in a rapidly changing world.
For Those Who Choose to Serve, For Those Who Rise to Lead.

Our History
IT STARTED WITH A QUESTION: IS THE WAY WE PREPARE FOR THE MILITARY STILL ENOUGH?
In 2021, we recognised that military selection was changing.
Officer selection was moving beyond conventional approaches toward psychometric, behavioural and competency-based assessment, while the introduction of Agniveer recruitment created a new pathway for PBORs.
The preparation ecosystem needed to evolve with it.
We envisioned an academy built for the AI era of military selection, combining psychology, technology, behavioural science, leadership and modern preparation.
The idea was shaped through consultations and guidance from psychologists, military experts, ex-servicemen and officers.
That vision eventually became Military Mitra.
A new era of preparation, built for a new generation of those who choose to serve.
OUR PATRON
Shri A. K. Singh, Indian Army
Three decades of service. Experience across terrains. A lifetime of commitment to the soldier.
Shri A. K. Singh, EME, Indian Army, serves as the Patron of Military Mitra, bringing with him more than three decades of distinguished service in the Indian Army and Defence Security Corps (DSC).
His extensive military experience spans diverse terrains, operational environments and geographical regions across India, giving him a deep understanding of the realities of military life, service and leadership.
His journey represents the values that Military Mitra stands for:
Discipline. Experience. Leadership. Adaptability. Service.
His guidance provides Military Mitra with a valuable connection between military experience and the evolving needs of the next generation of those who aspire to serve the nation.
🪖 SERVING THOSE WHO SERVED THE NATION
Military Mitra is building a network of veterans and ex-service personnel, because service to the nation should not end with retirement.
Our veterans carry decades of discipline, leadership, technical expertise, operational experience and institutional knowledge. They are far more than the conventional roles society often limits them to, security guards, sentries or watchmen.
We see the expertise. We value the experience. We create opportunities.
Our instructors and mentors include veterans and ex-service personnel, working alongside experts in VUCA leadership, psychology, technology, behavioural science and contemporary military preparation.
We strive to create meaningful second-career opportunities where veterans can teach, mentor, lead and shape the next generation, while preserving the dignity, identity and purpose that comes with their years of service.
They served the nation.
Now, we serve those who served.
